Brent Dillon Houston is the sole shareholder of Brent D. Houston, PA, a Member of the Firm. Mr. Houston was born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas on June 21, 1967. Mr. Houston received his B.A., cum laude from Ouachita Baptist University in 1989. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1992. He was a member of the Blue Key National Honor Fraternity and the Alpha Chi Honor Society.
Mr. Houston was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1992 and to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas in 1995. He was admitted to the U.S. Circuit Court, Eighth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court in 2001.
Mr. Houston is a member of the Saline County and Arkansas Bar Associations. Currently Mr. Houston serves as the City Attorney for the City of Benton. He is a former deputy prosecutor (1998 – 2000). He is past president of the Saline County Bar Association. He is the former City Attorney for the City of Shannon Hills. Mr. Houston is elected with some frequency as Special Judge in the Saline County District Court and the Saline County Circuit Court.

Mr. Houston is married to a well-recognized public school teacher, and attends church at Northside Church of Christ in Benton, where he is a Deacon. Mr. Houston, like Mr. Young, is blessed with young twins.
