Terence Jensen is the sole shareholder of Terence C. Jensen, P.A., a Member of the Firm. Mr. Jensen was born in Stuttgart, Arkansas on February 7, 1956. Mr. Jensen was educated at Henderson State University, where he received a B.S. and a B.A. in 1978, after which he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1981. He was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.
Mr. Jensen was admitted to the Arkansas bar and to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas in 1981. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit in 1986, and before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1987.
Mr. Jensen served as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission, City of Benton, Arkansas for twenty-two years and served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Saline Memorial Hospital for six years. Mr. Jensen has instructed several continuing legal education courses presented by various professional associations. Mr. Jensen is a member of the Saline County and Arkansas Bar Associations.

Mr. Jensen is married with one child, and attends the United Methodist Church in Benton.
